Importantly, our fee structure is not contingent on the size of the fund, enabling the cost advantages of an SMSF to be maximised. Our fees are primarily dependent on the complexity of the fund (including the quality of record keeping, the number of investments and the number of transactions) and the time necessarily spent on the fund by professional staff with the appropriate level of skill and experience. We ensure that clients are aware of the need for good record keeping as this impacts on the capacity to manage administration costs effectively.
Like other professional services our charges are based on an hourly rate.
Any services additional to those required for the prudent administration of a SMSF such as advice regarding pensions, legal amendments to fund deeds or other matters will be billed separately.
